Every aspect of The Building has been designed to the highest specification
with the aim of providing tenants with the maximum level of cost efficiency and staff productivity.

  • 24 hour centrally managed on-site security
  • RFID entry access system connected to building management control center and/or individual tenants
  • All floors have loudspeaker systems installed in common areas for announcements
  • Localized air-conditioners installed in the ceilings allow each area to be controlled independently
  • Completely adaptable phone, electricity, internet, lighting, and air-conditioning outlets thus fully adaptable to any tenant needs
  • Suspended aluminum acoustic plate ceilings
  • Raised ceramic floors tiles
  • 300 telephone lines from which new tenants can use up to 30 lines until their own phones are transferred by Iran Telecoms Center
  • Floor specific independent energy supply meters
  • Emergency power is supplied by two 493kv generators
  • Building cabling has been carried out via a modular trunk pipe system under IEC and VDE standards
  • Earth and fire alarm systems conform to NFPA and BS standards, with NFC anti thunderbolt standards, and EN standards for fire alarms and elevators
  • Two separate fire escape stairwells with fire proof escape doors
  • All floors have inbuilt fire hydrants in the corridors, and the entire building is fully compatible with FM & UL standards
  • The water supply to the floors are by Grundfos pumps, and their boosters are supplied by Armstrong. All water sprinklers, alarm check, fire taps and stopcocks are supplied by Rapid-Rop
  • Atmosphere and water heating is carried out by two Packman tankers
  • All piping and connections are by Mannisman
  • The entire building is cooled by fresh air supply supported by two Ebara chillers, each with 360 cbu tons capacity
  • All windows are full height double glazed and reflective Securit glass
